RETURN POLICY

We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return!❤

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

1. For problematic returns such as defective products, you can request a replacement or refund with picture proof.

2. For returns without problematic issues, we only offer store credit or the customer can send it back to our US address for a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@refined-reverie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees if it is a non-problematic return.

We recommend you send back any returns using a signed postal service. Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 14 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct any mistakes.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned.
